How to order

Ordering a crate, start to finish.

No accounts, no configurators. Measurements in, quote back within one working day, crate built and delivered before your flight.

  1. Send your pet's measurements

Use the quote form. We need the four measurements from the sizing guide, your pet's breed and weight, and your travel date and airline if you have them.

  2. We come back with the spec, the price and the build time

Within one working day you'll have the crate dimensions, a firm price, and an honest answer on whether we can meet your flight date. If a measurement looks unusual for the breed, we'll ring you and check before anything is cut.

  3. Confirm, and we build

Once you confirm, your crate goes into the workshop schedule: cut, assembled, insulated against sound, fitted with vetbed over incontinence pads, and checked against the spec before it leaves.

  4. Delivery or collection

We deliver across the UK, or you can collect from the workshop in Ferndown, Dorset and get your pet acquainted with the crate before the journey. We'd recommend that: a crate that already smells like home is a calmer crate.

Good to know

How far in advance should I order?

As soon as your travel plans firm up. Build times vary with the size of the crate and the workshop schedule, so the earlier you enquire, the more certain the flight date. If you're tight on time, tell us the date first and we'll be straight with you about whether it's achievable.

Can I get my pet used to the crate before flying?

Please do. Feed them in it, leave the door open at home, put a familiar blanket inside. A pet that already knows the crate travels far more calmly, and it's the single best thing you can do to reduce their stress on the day.

Do you deliver everywhere in the UK?

Yes. Delivery is priced with your quote based on the crate size and your postcode. Collection from Ferndown is always an option.

What do you need from my airline or agent?

Just the airline name and route. We build to their published container requirements as well as IATA's, and we give you the full crate dimensions and construction details so the airline or your agent can confirm acceptance before the flight.

Can you recommend a pet shipper?

We build crates rather than transport animals, but we work with shipping agents regularly. Ask when you enquire and we'll point you towards reputable ones for your route.

Start with the tape measure

Four measurements and a travel date is all it takes.
