Air Crates Ltd builds pet travel crates. This page explains what personal information we collect through this website and what we do with it. The short version: we collect what we need to quote for and build your crate, we don’t use it for marketing, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.

What we collect. When you request a quote, we ask for your name, email address, phone number, your pet’s details and measurements, your travel date and airline if known, and a delivery postcode. If you email or call us, we’ll hold that correspondence.

Why we collect it. To prepare your quote, build your crate to the right specification, arrange delivery or collection, and answer your questions. That’s it. We don’t send marketing, and we don’t sell or share your details with anyone, except where a delivery company needs your name and address to deliver your crate.

Where it lives. Quote requests are stored securely on our website, which is hosted in the UK, and in our email. We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any order that follows, and for our business records after that.

Cookies. This website doesn’t use advertising or tracking cookies. Any cookies it sets are the minimal ones needed for the site to work.
